Samuel L. Corey, MD is a Fort Wayne native who has come home to serve the community he grew up in. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, followed by residency in general surgery at Mercer University in Savannah, Georgia, and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville.
Dr. Corey believes that no two patients are alike, and that great outcomes start with truly listening. He takes pride in building individualized surgical plans as unique as the people he treats — meeting each patient where they are and working together to accomplish their goals.
When he is not in the operating room, you will find him cheering on the Hoosiers, out on the water fishing, snow skiing, or on the golf course — and, most importantly, spending time with his two kids.

Jennifer Howard

For more than two decades, Jennifer Howard has worked at the intersection of medicine and aesthetics, guided by a simple principle: good aesthetic care is not about changing who you are, but about helping you feel fully like yourself.
Her path began at Purdue University, where she earned her degree in biology, and continued at Butler University, where she completed physician assistant training in 2000. She built her career in clinical medicine before turning to aesthetics — pairing medical precision with an artist’s eye. Today she specializes in injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. Patients return and ask for her by name.
Jennifer is known for a gentle touch and a restrained, artful technique: results people notice without looking overdone. She takes time to understand what each person hopes to see — aesthetically and in confidence — and she is honest about what will get them there and what will not. She explains options in plain terms, sets realistic expectations, and keeps every plan centered on communication, safety, and ongoing support.
She regularly pursues advanced training as the field evolves. Outside the office, Jennifer stays active, is rarely without a good book, and spends as much time as she can with family and friends.

Sarah Mossburg

Sarah Mossburg came to aesthetics the way many skilled injectors do: through years of hands-on bedside experience. She began her nursing career in 1999 in surgical care — an environment that demands precision, steady hands, and close attention to detail — and has carried that foundation into aesthetics.
Wanting to broaden both her expertise and her impact, Sarah earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2018 and became a certified nurse practitioner. She understands not only how to perform a treatment but why a given approach suits a given patient. She listens first and treats second.
At heart, Sarah is an educator. She walks each patient through the possibilities, answers every question, and builds a plan around their goals for health, beauty, wellness, and skincare. She follows evidence-based aesthetics — what is proven and appropriate over what is trending — with safety and long-term results at the center of every recommendation.
Away from the office, Sarah is a devoted sports fan (Purdue football above all) and is happiest at a game. The rest of her time belongs to her family and her three dogs: two golden retrievers and a yellow lab.

Ann received her associate degree in nursing in 1988 and her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1990. She began as a critical care nurse, then moved into plastic surgery when she was hired in 1996 to start up the surgery suite for Summit Plastic Surgery.
That surgical foundation still shapes her work. At Corey Aesthetics she is a nurse injector of Botox and Dysport and fillers, a laser hair reduction specialist, and a skincare clinician — the through-line of nearly three decades in this practice.
