Every paid month deposits Service Credits toward the treatments you already come in for.
How credits work
- Credits post when the monthly charge succeeds — not before.
- They apply at checkout to the member price. Bring a remaining balance another way if the visit costs more than your bank.
- No cash redemption, no selling, no sharing, no transferring. Membership is personal to the named member.
- Ending the membership — for any reason — forfeits unused credits immediately.
- Member pricing is year-round while the membership is active, and stacks with banked credits.
The commitment
Signing is a twelve-month promise. Leaving early requires written notice and a lump-sum of remaining unpaid monthly fees. The practice may, at its discretion, offer a reduced settlement.
After twelve paid months, membership converts to month-to-month at the then-current fee, with at least thirty days’ notice to change that fee or to non-renew. Either party may then end with thirty days’ written notice.
Canceling the card on file is not canceling the agreement.
3.4
Snowbird suspension.
Dual residents may pause while at a second home. Document the out-of-area residence, write at least fourteen days ahead, and choose: keep paying (and accruing) or pause both. Paused months extend the term so you still complete twelve paid months.
3.5
Medical suspension.
Injury, surgery, pregnancy, or another documented condition that reasonably prevents treatment. Payments and accrual pause. The twelve paid months still complete after return, unless the practice waives amounts given the circumstances.
